Is it big enough? I figured it is more than what is needed...but I want her to have plenty of room

It's a very roomy cage, yes, but IMHO it's meant as a flight cage for little birds (canaries, finches, budgies, cockatiels, lovebirds). A sun conure's beak could potentially do some damage to the bars since they are thin and bend easily.
Ditto.
I had this cage for my budgies-- it's perfect for tiny parrots, but the bar thickness is too flimsy for anything larger than a cockatiel.

Exactly what Wendy and Shirre said!!! My pet peeve (please don't take it personally, you didn't know 
) but SO many people get "flight cages" for parrots, when they're meant to be for SMALL birds like finches, or budgies, up to a bird with maybe a cockatiel sized beak.
The reason is, the bars in a flight cage are so thin, that as stated above, a parrot could do some damage to the cage (perhaps making it unsafe) by bending the bars or breaking the welds.
I hope your Sun is not inclined to do that, and is fine with it
