It's kinda like shower curtain material so I guess so. He went from one shoulder to the other. After griping about stepping up he was quite happy to stay there.
He griped (squacked, looked like he wanted to bite) but stepped up on the second try. He on my shoulder now "feeding" me his dust and feather quills. Quite content.
