i have a choice?!!

im looking at getting another bird...there are just such entertaining time wasters!!
thing is im torn between a hand reared baby pineapple conure ive seen advertised and ive just found an add for a 6 year old senegal. the sennie has had 3 homes already,lady that has him now has only had him 6months(which as im typing im wondering why only 6 months?!) she says she has too many birds and needs to cut down. poor thing has been poked by kids with sticks through the bars too with the people that had him before that...
lady says it took him 3 weeks to get used to her and now hes lovely,showers with her,loves kisses and fuss. im sure he would be like that here eventually.
im just stuck with choosing which one?!
any help or ideas please???!!!

I would say go with the Senegal! Sounds like the poor thing needs a good stable Home, which I know you would provide him with

ah bless,thank you!! thats what i was leaning to! the conure will find a home as its only a baby but this poor little guy might not

i just wanted one that was happy to play and have a fuss!!! althpough conure is getting there day by day its quite mad!!! she flys to me now wherever i am in the house lol

the irn..long story!!! but dont think its the right sort of bird for me! i want either something that needs to be rescued as such or another conure!!! but this senegal has kind of taken me in lol
just need to persude a mate that she needs to come..its a long way lol

it wasnt the lady that has him now that has bad kids!!! it was the one before her....but i do agree.....more respect needs to be taught...grrrrr

well fingers crossed im going to pick him up on friday lol
ive just finalized the details and will be driving for over 2 hours to go and get him!
i may just me a little mad!!

and have now also been offered another bird in the same sort of situation...but i cant take them all in.....
