My green cheeked conure, Yoshi is very bitey so I need to train him not to bite. He's four years old and originally belonged to a child so he hasn't been trained very well. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Welcome to you! Up front expectations! When my JoJo bites me harder than I want, I ask him, why did you bite me like that? He then apologizes, and says, "I am so sorry, how should I bite you?
This post helped me tremendously! There is never a bite out of nowhere! Always a reason, usually your fault (always)!
I am slow, so it wasn’t until the third read that I realized I was the problem!
