Congo African Grey, Sun Conure, and Blue Indian Ringneck
How neat, an IRN forum!!! Well I wanted to introduce Nala, my newest addition to my flock... He is a DNA male ringneck...I had trouble picking out a name. I had always loved the name Nala and almost named my grey Nala but went with Niles instead after I got a DNA male baby. While I was researching the name, I learned its a common male name in India..... So I decided to name this little boy Nala! His hatchdate is 3/22/12, so he just turned 3 months. He's so cute! He's still a little nervous and apprehensive but he's adapting well.

Two days ago I stopped into my local bird store to pick up some supplies. Just inside the door on the left was a beautiful blue IRN. It was the first one I'd ever seen in person. It was sooo beautiful! As soon as I got home I began Googling for more info. I'd love to add one to my flock one day.

LOL that's too funny. Whats your location? That would be too weird to be at the same bird store too! :)

Naw, I don't live in Washington, I'm more south. That would be SO COOL though! :D

thanks for all the kind words everyone! I think he is super cute too. He was so timid at first, now he thinks he's a tough little guy. His personality is really starting to shine through.
