Is Dr.Bronners Pure Castille Liquid Soap (Unscented) safe for bird dish washing?

It's a disinfectant that when mixed at the proper ratio is noncorrosive and more effective than bleach. Also has been used to nebulize birds with respiratory infections. Looks real expense until you realize how much it makes when mixed properly
