Is Kiko a cinammon Cockatiel? 8o

I stumbled upon a website referring to mutation's of Cockatiels, and I clicked on it, simply by curiosity. I don't know much about Cockatiel mutations, although I know what a normal grey Cockatiel is supposed to look like. I always wondered why Kiko seemed a little....lighter than a normal Grey male. Kiko seems to be a cinnamon mutation to me, but maybe I'm just imagining things. Any thoughts? Here is a picture of him below.
