Is Rape seed oil safe ?

please can anyone tell me is rapeseed oil safe for eclectus ?
Its what I have in my store and use in my cooking/anti sticking etc. so was wondering.
I do use it very sparingly just to stop vegetables sticking to the pan or each other etc

I have an eclectus list that says rape is toxic, but I’ve read elsewhere the rape seeds are ok. So would that mean the oil is ok ?
it’s quite confuzzling. I do very occasionally rub a dot of organic coconut oil on his beak, but if I ran out could I use this instead for example.

Stick with red palm oil or coconut oil Can find if it’s safe or not, but most other oils add nothing more than fat to diet with little to no extra benefit.
