is this a crimson belly conure or pearly conure

i saw this beauty when i went to buy toys for my cockatoo. can someone identify it? i live in hong kong and the bird shop guy does not speak english. thank u

Depending on the age of the conure if it is less then a year it could be a crimson belly as their red abdomens do not fully come in until 6 months to a year. If the conure is older than a year it's probably a pearly. I have a crimson belly and her stomach is almost fully red and she just turned 8 months, but two months ago had almost no red on her stomach.

its 3 months old. but i was just told it could be an fiery shoulder conure

I doubt that this bird is a Pyrrhura egregia.

From my experience, it looks like a pearly. It's not "fiery" enough to be a fiery-shouldered imo.

I don't think it is a fiery either. That is how the underneath of my crimson bellied wings look.
