We are adopting a Linnie parakeet for my daughter next month, hopefully, and I was looking at some cages. I know it is recommended they have at least 20x20 for space with 1/2 bar spacing. I found this cage and at great price but wasn't sure if it is too big for just one Linnie. I don't want it to feel lost. Any feedback would be appreciated!

If you put in enough foliage and toys it'll have a place to hide when things get scary. I think it's a great size!

And besides, who gets only 1 Linnie!!!! LOL ....... You'll have enough space in the event you get another.....
My little Lovie has a big cage and is fully flighted and he loves the space!

Thank you so much! I really like the cage and figured it would give her/him lots of room! I just don't want it to feel lost. LOL! I think I will just need to fill it with lots of perches, toys and foliage as suggested here! We are starting with one, but you never know! ;) LOL! Again, thanks for the advice!

That's a nice size cage for your Linnie!!!! Of course the bigger you can go, the better it is for the birds! :)

Great! Thanks Mikey! I usually try to get the biggest cage I can afford! Mansions are always good! :D

your bird will love that cage!, adding plenty of toys to climb and hang upside down on with be a huge bonus.

I have one that is similar and it's a very good cage

Thanks Crimson! Looks like this is going to be the cage! :D
