Is this egg dead?

Hello. I recently rescued a M/F Quaker pair and they have laid 5 eggs. They destroyed the first 3, but I saved the last 2 and put them in an incubator. I’m not a breeder, but wanted to give these eggs a chance. One is not fertile, but the other made a lot of progress. I saw blood veins, a heart beat, etc. Now it’s day 15 in the incubator and it doesn’t look right. I’ve attached photos. Is it dead in shell? Any info or advice greatly appreciated.

I agree with you that the Day 15 image doesn't look as developed as you'd expect based on charts I'm seeing online, if Quaker incubation period is 23-28 days
