Kaka the Cockatiel leaves this planet

I am a bit shocked. Just over a period of one week (I was not at home) our cockatiel developed some kind of illness, the left eye in particular was affected. She had become dull and refused to take food and suddenly passed away on 5th August late night or 6th August early morning.

I am at a loss of words. will share details later.
