Alexandrines are much bigger than rosellas even though yours is small, and there's a huge difference between their beak sizes that could easily result in injury to the rosella. A general rule to ensure safety is "different beak, different cage."

However, I think the size of the cage also matters. Most cages are much to small for incompatible birds to share. Maybe a small aviary would be okay.
