'Ringo' - alexandrine, hatched 2012 ~ 'Prinny' - princess parrot, 1992-2012 RIP
So I'm looking at the Kings travel cages for when I bring my baby Alexandrine home (hopefully sometime in October). It would be used for car trips and possibly weekends away. I'm wondering if the Medium size:

would be too small for an alex?

I'm finding it hard to visualise just how big the cage will be in real life from the measurements. Obviously when it comes to cages, bigger is better, but for travel where space is limited I don't want a cage that is larger than it needs to be. On the other hand I wouldn't want the bird to be cramped either (and they do have that long tail to consider...)

Thoughts anybody?
