Wow you are really good...i am just straight up envious of anyone that has artistic talent...i wish i could draw so BAD....i can barely draw a normal looking stick figure.

I feel the same way about singing to....can't do that worth a crap either!

I will be watching this thread now for new pieces they are amazing so far.

Have you ever taken lessons? I thought the same thing, but I went to lessons and I was able to draw "stuff" that looked like it was supposed to. I thought that I "couldn't" but it turns out that I could.

There's obviously more to turning out things like Kinny does, the imagination and choices as to colour and stuff, but even that can be understood when somebody explains it to you. To some people it comes naturally, but others can still learn things that will help what they are capable of come out.

Precisely strudel. I usually just pick a colour, say, of the mane, and maybe the eyes..and use that as a background..finding other similar colours to help 'mesh' it all.

Most of your pieces make me want to say "awwwwwhhhhh", they're so adorable! I see from your absolutely lovely painting of Muta, however, that you are quite diverse. You have a great talent.

I'll have to PM you come Christmas time for a commission for my daughter!

Really neat drawings! Are these from scratch or do you have a picture that you work off of?

Hmm depends on what you mean.. For a couple I used photos of the horse/macaw, and others I got given a reference 'basic' drawing of them and then did that character/pony in my own style. But I do NOT trace anything! I do the sketches myself, then the lines, then the colours, shading..etc.. POOF! Done. And the ones that AREN'T commissions i just draw myself out of my head.. like that purple/black dragon one.. that was from scratch form my own brain
