Left wing is hanging low and appears different?

I recently bought a 5 month old, DNA sexed male green cheeked cinnamon conure from a breeder today. At home I noticed his left wing is hanging lower than his right wing. Is this normal? Was his wing damaged previously? Is it a disease? Or a genetic birth defect from in-breeding? The avian vet is closed today (its Sunday). My conure is not screaming or biting me, and seems fine from my point of view. There appears to be no blood or injury. I just want to know why the left wing looks different/smaller from the right wing. I have attached a photo.

Both wings were clipped by the breeder a long time ago too.

Well that is a good sign... It could be genitic, I'd rather be safe than sry. He should be checked out.

I will bring him to the vet tomorrow because they are open tomorrow.

But if they need to x-ray him, how much is the average cost to x-ray a conure?
