Instead of the bolt and wing nut ,,,i use a fender washer (big washer, small hole) and a large wood screw, so much cheaper. If you go to ACE hardware you can get it in Stainless Steel for about $1 or less. Just make sure the fender washer is wider than the 1" bar spacing and the screw head is bigger than the hole in the washer.
