I get them by the thousand, at one time thousands, through Amazon.
Every pet shop caries them, this is how they make a living!
My cost, $20 per thousand, pet shops sell them for 10 cents or more each! Their cost may be half what I now pay!
DO NOT go to a bait shop! much higher risk of parasites!

David, that is an excellent price...I haven't been able to find anything like that here, we buy by the 250 and that is $8.00. I haven't checked Amazon.ca, am going to do that now.

Remember, prices go up a bit in the winter! I just ordered crickets and they went up 4 dollars, to 26 per thousand!

You can get meal worms at Lowes. That kind of stuff is found where the outdoor bird feeders are located. I've seen them.
