Mini macaw cage ????

Welcome to the forum.

Yes the Liberta Ventura Cage would be ideal for a mini macaw:)

If it's the split top cage, I wouldn't recommend it. It only has one small door, which may make cleaning inside the cage difficult, and with the design, your bird may want to spend more time at the higher side of the cage than down below.

Although I don't recommend open top cages, if going the route of that design, I would recommend something with two doors and better design on the top of the cage. The following cage has two versions, and this is the smaller version.

PC-4226D Black

It has a slide out tray so the cleaning would not be a problem :)

A friend of mine has the Cage you have shown and is one of the best cages I have seen:)

She does not have any problems with cleaning it.

for that kind of money for a cage that size, it dang well better be!

Sorry I am new to parrots all I've had experience with is a budgie is the liberta Ventura expensive for the size ?

I as well live in the uk round here you get loads of stick about how parrots give bad luck and that rubbish

I didn't know the location of the OP, but wow is that expensive for such a tiny cage! I'd be hesitant to spend more than $200 on the 22 x 17!

I wouldn't really recommend a cage smaller than 32 x 23 for a mini-macaw. Once you put perches, dishes and toys inside the cage, it gets pretty small. Smallest I'd feel comfortable going would be a 32 x 21 flight cage with stand, and iffy at that.

The OP is from the UK and he originally asked if the Liberta Ventura Cage was suitable for a Mini Macaw, which it is!

As I said before.. Cages in the UK are more expensive!
