Thanks everybody for the support but still no luck.

Just a couple days ago a person from the city over from me lost their parrot and it was found yesterday. The guy who found the bird saw my ad in the paper so he originally thought it was my bird and I was excited for a second but then when he described the bird to me I realized it wasn't mine so I searched for any other lost parrots in the area and got in contact with the birds owner.

I'm very happy that the bird and owner were reunited, but as you can imagine I was a little bit bummed having thought that it was my bird for a couple of seconds but again, I am happy for them. They were lucky so now I'm hoping for a little bit of luck to come my way.

K I have a little update,

I just got a call(5 minutes ago from this post) and a lady said that she has been seeing a bird similar to mine around here feeders.

The good news is she has been seeing it for a month and it has been flying around with a flock of other birds every time she sees it.
The bad news is she hasn't seen it in the last week
and I wish she didn't take so long for her to search the newspaper for my ad... but I guess it is better late then never
Also there is still that possibility it is not my bird, however I have not heard of anyother birds getting out in my area.

She is a town over from me so I'm definately going to go out there to search tommorow
