You only need an antibiotic if it gets infected, and you definitely don't need a tetanus shot, but I would suggest getting one if you haven't already. Tetanus has pretty much nothing to do with birds, but you do NOT want to get it.
You'll be fine. Just clean out the bite with soap and water. As long as it doesn't get infected, you'll be okay. And I second the comment on getting a tetanus shot. It sucks if you get it, though the bird won't have anything to do with it .
