MUSIC, your favorite, please chime in

LMAO!!!!! I figured as much :D

I love most styles, but my favourite is this up and coming electric violinist, Lindsey Stirling! She does original work and contemporizations.

I had a huge reply then i accidentally erased it all :mad::(...Short version: I greatly dislike country. I have classical, rock, alternative, techno/dance/trance/whatever my songs are classified, and a couple rap/hiphop. My favorite band is MUSE, I have 131 of their songs, including live versions, on my Itunes. I have listened to them exclusively for over a year and a half, with an occasional different song thrown in. They are my go to band when I am feeling down/mad/happy/feel like singing. Some of my favorites:

..., Rammstein, Rob Zombie, ...

My kids listened to Ramstein a LOT when they were younger, and I was always summoned to translate their lyrics. :D

Did you see Rob Zombie this year at the PNC? :32:

I saw Rob Zombie at the Susquehanna Bank Center in Camden in October for the I don't know how many-th time and I saw Rammstein for the second time back in April. (I took my cousin with me, it was her first concert and it was her 19th birthday. What an amazing band to see as your first concert and on your birthday... my first was Metallica when I was 14. Aw yeah! Summer Sanitarium 2003 at the old Veteran's Stadium in Philly) My first time seeing Rammstein was in December 2010 at Madison Square Garden when they came back to the states for the first time in almost 10 years. BEST. SHOW. EVER. I had nosebleed seats and they cost me a small fortune but it was so worth it. Those tickets sold out within minutes. I was lucky to get what I had.

Rob Zombie and Rammstein put on some of the greatest shows. I like that they're very visual. I also like how Rob Zombie interacts with the crowd during his shows. Wednesday 13 is the same way with his. I also like that W13 always has a very small crowd and a small venue. Needless to say I've gotten to drool over him in person more than once. :D I behave myself when I go have my picture taken with him, but before that I've always got a huge Cheshire Cat grin on my face. I've also seen Nine Inch Nails more times than I can count. Every time they go on tour I HAVE to see them. There is no talking me out of it. It is a must for me!

I think I've listened to this song a few hundred times.... in the past couple weeks. Since I heard the song, probably a good thousand times.

First time I saw this video it was on MTV (when they still played music and not stupid shows) and my father asked me "Is that a man or a woman?" Oh, daddy. Wednesday 13 is a man.

This video is the reason my little black cat is named "Mister Finck". As a kitten he would not sleep. I had him in my lap trying to deal with his crazy antics and when I was watching this video he fell asleep. At the time he didn't have a name. The next morning I told my parents "I named the kitten. His name is Finck. It's spelled F-I-N-C-K. Please make sure you get it right!" I was a nightmare at the vet trying to get them to spell it right! It was crazy 15 year old me being a general pain in the ass. They spelled in Fink. Sorry, that's not appropriate. You wouldn't like it if I spelled your name wrong. I laugh at it now, but damn, I was a rotten child.

I have odd tastes in music compared to "normal" people my age.

During "this" time of the year - even though it's "supposed to be jolly" - I do miss my parents tremendously. :(

This is not a Christmas song, but a song that makes me both smile and cry at the same time. I've had the great pleasure of seeing Il Divo perform live twice, and will go again each time they are nearby. :)
