A pair of lutino cockatiels
take a look at this ! the quality isn't good but if you focus on her neck, I feel like she's breathing through mouth.
She was sneezing after bath, like 5-7 times only and there is no dscharge white or any color.

She's never done that before, and my male cockatiel has never done, also i have noticed that my female cockatiel's movement has become slow, it looks like she needs a lot strength to go back to perch :( the male climbs and gets down very quickly, she also feels sleepy all day, I am looking for a bird hospital in my city, hopefully i will find one soon.

Best thing to do is like you said to it to the vet as soon as possible. If you can it's also best if you seperate your two birds for the meantime as if the bird is actually sick you don't want it getting the other one sick as well.

Was she out of breathe? They will breathe out of their mouth when they are heavily breathing, after a heavy flapping session or flying (if she can).

If she got some water in her nose or something I can see the sneezing, and with no discharge it's likely if she got water in her nose, it wasn't enough to cause any issues.

sometimes my birds will sleep a lot after a bath, and I have noticed my conure acts sleepy afterwards, and a bit lethargic but I am not sure how normal that is.

Monitor and a vet visit should help. let us know! Beautiful girl she is!

the weakness is definitely a sign to get to a vet. Hard to see mainly due to the angle but it looks like she may be tail pumping. Is her tail moving back and forth in time with her breathes? If so then she needs an emergency appointment. Either way a change in behavior like this does call for a check-up

her tail was moving but very slowly, I found a vet ! but it won't open until 10 am tomorrow.

I bathe them once in every two days, they really don't like it, but they are about to start molting, I can see feathers and feather dust, A lot of dust! But since a few days, she's low on energy, she won't leave the perch even if she is hungry, and would eat a LOT when I hand feed her, she is having a little hard times climbing up, and she will lean forward on her perch for hours and stare here and there, and when she walks around the cage, she tries to maintain balance, as if she is drunk, she walks carefully and slowly.
Sometimes she freaks me out with these signs and sometimes she is really healthy.
I found a vet today, got an appointment for tomorrow!

Its a good idea in taking to the vet to rule out anything medical. Keep posted after the visit. Hope all goes well.

I'm glad you are taking her to the vet, hope all goes well. Please let us know how she is doing.

good to hear, fingers crossed it's nothing serious

They are SAFE :D

Good news everyone ! My birds are not sick! They just lack some vitamins, I am back from the vet ! He examined my bird and asked about where I got them from, and I told him the history of my birds, how they were malnourished and stuffed in small cage, he told me that a long exposure to malnutrition has made my female cockatiel weak, he gave me some multi-vitamin supplements for my birds.

USEFUL INFORMATION:

My bird freaked me and the vet, she had been breathing through her beak and her tail was bobbing, my vet said she might have aspiratory pneumonia, but he decided to check the bird first, we noticed her for 30 minutes, she was breathing through her beak ONLY, but then Vet said it might the the heat, birds are known to breathe through mouth in hot climate, and here in India, where I live, it reaches upto 45 degree celcius or 113F, I told them I brought my birds on a bike (3pm) and he said that must be it, it is summer time now, he asked me to keep my birds in a cool place and monitor them for few days, the symptoms she showed are of a respiratory problem and may freak us out, but I have been monitoring my birds for past 10 hours and now they breathe normally.

hey that's good news! I don't blame them for panting in that heat I would be! I get uncomfortably hot at what for yourself would be a mild 28C. Good to hear that there's nothing untoward going on with them hopefully she gets on the mend soon

Good for YOU! For following through! I'm so glad that you were rewarded with good results.
Just for maximum follow-up... did the vet think any basic tests were needed? It's usually routine. If this vet is not a certified avian vet, you might want to find one. Regular vets often "wing it" with birds, although some are very dedicated and talented.

Again, good for you!

Yes the vet I consulted is certified and very experienced avian vet and he has dedicated his life for the sake of rescue birds! and recently he has started giving treatments for birds free of cost! be it medicines or surgery, everything is for free (not all heroes wear capes).

Wonderful news to hear. Your tiels were in a situation before and now kind of "recovering" from the lack of care and mistreatment. The vet sounds great, a plus that he's certified.

What's their diet like?

A great tool to have is a gram scale to keep track of weight records since they were malnourished. You can very likely weigh them periodically at the vet even, or purchase one.
