Considering how many feathers he's lost with this molt, I'm amazed that he is not bald LOL!

My mom takes all the big feathers and sticks them into this 'artwork' in the kitchen. Note that this doesn't contain any smaller feathers

I'm happy to say, Percy is still fully plumaged and gorgeous as always...just brighter

I have macaw tail feathers everywhere.....Just when I think they were done, here they go again replacing their tail feathers. Now I have double.....lol.....

My BFA seems to be moulting excessively this year too. Have no idea why tho. Her head is a mass of pin feathers. It's good bonding tho helping her with them!!!

oh for sure this year is a bad one. most of my cockatiels are dropping feathers like crazy, and they are not so nice either....too many at once if you ask me
