Breeder said female, but due to the wing and tail markings, and considerably milder behavior, i suspect it's a male, and I don't want to pluck even 2-3 head feathers that will grow back just to find out.
He can be loud as a Peach-Faced, but not shrill high-pitched, but not as often...often, it's muttering-type sounds.
Here he is finding a way to the bottom of the cage to try to steal food; he is wing-clipped unfortunately (breeder did as apparently it will help with the taming as one can't apparently afford for them to go wild, though he was hand-fed, as this bird bite force is strongest in their species and take a chunk out of you!
