I didn't watch yet but if you are worried about hormones, remove any shadowy spaces from the cage (and around the cage), huts, tents, low shelves, blankets, pillows, paper piles etc....pet only on the head and neck and provide a minimum of 10 hours of sleep on a set schedule nightly (in a dark quiet room). I have a cockatoo.
