my pet bird is spoiled?

my almost 3 months blue nape parrot seems to be very noisy..

he is always looking for food...

i give him 20cc's of formula in every feedings...

with this volume of formula, they say its crops should be empty within 8 hours but mine doesn't..

i seem to not see any illness with him except for him being too noisy and always seeking for something to bite or swallow..

if he is spoiled...what should i do?

some in this forum told me that he might also be just seeking his mother since he is young still.. is that true? please don't tell me not to get unweaned birds for i have had enough already...

and besides, im taking care of him very well, im just curious about its behavior...
