Here is my hand reared Rose Crowned Conure, so far unnamed because we don't know what gender it is.

This is a picture the breeder sent to me showing it as a baby.

Hope you like, do you have any suggestions for names?

I like the name Ellie.

I just can't name any of MY birds Ellie because I already have an Allie! LOL Besides, I think she looks like an Ellie. (I think she's a girl. :wink)

Briar? Like brair rose? Honestly I should be barred from talking about names, since I've had my baby for a month and she still doesn't have a name.

Would you mind me asking--do you know if your breeder has any other rose crowned babies available? My boyfriend and I have been searching for one for him for weeks!

i like weird names Iagu or Fabio if its a boy and clover if its a girl..

but then i love the greek gods... Calypso, Hera, Athena, Iris, Aeolus, Apollo

Carmine! It's a light shade of red, like rose/red color. LOVE the name, I am planning on naming my CAG that name. I say Carmine, if it's a girl. Or Coraline. And Ivy. How about Flame for a boy? Rowdy? Milo? I like Elvis too. And Ellie!

Garnet.
Rosso (Italian for red).
Lolo (Romani for red).
Lava.
Rusty.
