Need good cage recommendations for my amazon

I recently got paid and I should be able to afford a good sized high quality cage. I’ve been wanting to replace my amazons cage for a while now since the one he currently has is old and is missing two wheels on the bottom. It doesn’t come apart, and it’s also very difficult to clean and move around due to its missing wheels.

My amazon is a medium(?) sized adult.

I’ve been looking online but I don’t have any experience with picking cages, (the previous owner of my amazon gave me his current cage,) and I want to be sure I can trust the safety and quality of a cage before buying.
I’d also like for it to have some sort of seed/poop catcher to go around the cage since my amazon likes to poop on the floor

The largest cage you can afford/fit is always best. I bought my Amazon’s cage second hand. It was in almost new condition, and I cleaned and disinfected it really well. It’s an older model A&E 8004030 (so 40”x30”). Mine is a powder coated cage, but I believe it also comes in stainless, and comes with a seed catcher. My bird is a smaller Amazon, and it’s a good size for her. She’s out of cage quite often, so it feels sufficient.

I would stay away from corner cages.
They may seem like a solution to fill an empty corner but they are awkward to use.
Play top cages are most recommended.

Ordering online is a bit of a crapshoot but you need to remember like 90% of the cages nowadays come from China.
Website cages for less is a good place to look if you want to stay away from Amazon.

PS.
There’s good news and bad news about ordering a cage online.
You have to put it together.
That’s both good and bad.
It’s a PITA with bad instructions (usually).
But.
It’s entertaining for your parrot and in the end you’ll know how to take it apart when needed.

What's your cage budget? That's a good place to start. Stainless steel cages are the best but cost about 3x what a powder coated cage. Bigger is always better. I like flat top cages because they either have built in play gyms or you can use your own.

Go to a feed/pet store if possible. Some still have larger or medium bird cages. That can help give you a size ideal. Try to get the largest cage you can afford. I agree agree about ordering online. Be especially careful of this...birds carry diseases and to protect our customers no returns accepted. We will accommodate you for missing parts, damages etc. This is true even if you don't even open the box.
