New Heater Safe?

I need a new heater in my bird room but im not sure if its safe. It has a poweder coat system. It says All metal pieces are finished with a powder coat paint system, which provides a smooth and durable finish. I cannot find information on if this is safe or not. I do currently have an oil filled radiator which is getting the job done and keeping them nice and warm but in the middle of the winter it probably wont cut it so i need a new heater installed and am just having trouble finding one I know for sure is safe. I'm installing these kind of baseboard heaters in my new "bird shed". My plan is to run them on high for several hours with the door and windows open before I move any birds in, and I feel confident that will take care of any potential problem. I'm more comfortable using these than any propane fueled heaters and the oil filled ones are too small to heat the 200 sf space in my climate without running them constantly.
