I’ve heard that it’s more nutritional ground but I don’t usually do it. I think it’s Red Mill. I just get whatever is at the grocery store

Yes. They make a lot of human food seeds like Chia, oats groats and Chia. I buy them on AMAZON.

I think either is fine, but ground mixed into chop/veggies gets them eating more, I believe, because it sticks to other food & gives it a nutty flavor.

She's a chatty gal tonite! Do I perhaps detect some smoochy sounds in there too? Lovejoy makes those and I love it!!

She still sometimes will put her beak up to my face and make little kissy noises at me - just like I do to her

She’s just so pretty. She told me “I love you” today after I gave her a morning blueberry, or “love berry” as I call them for her.

Sometimes it’s hard to choose whose thread to put pictures in…

Today I made the girls each their own cup of tea (Plumage Perfection Blend by Biodiversity Bird Blends). Of course they insisted on sharing from the same cup.

Real “Lady and the Tramp” moment there ^^

Hubby and I have started playing Stardew Valley again - Ona’s favorite game! We play it on a big projector against the wall. Whenever we put it on, Ona gets “the Stardew zoomies” and flies laps around the room. She sings to the music, flies close to the projector like she wants to fly straight into the game. She just loves it!
