Parrot eyelash mutation?

Atop the post is a list of my flock by species, and only one individual has eyelashes. To narrow the issue, of my five Goffins, only Gabby, the firstborn offspring has eyelashes. That just one of eleven has a particular trait has me wondering whether this is a genetic mutation. If so, I wonder if this a single event or possibly other mutations are present?

Three long and two short lashes are visible at the lower right corner, ie the 5 '0 clock position.

Hmm, I don't think I've ever seen a parrot WITHOUT eyelashes!
 
I dunno about Goffins, but my cockatiel has eye lashes (I think it's very cool), as well as my gcc. I thought it was normal... Hope some experts would know better. :)
Your Gabby is super cute BTW! :)
