Look BOTH feet on the boing! She had so much fun on it today I had to take her off of it 3 times for fear of her over exerting herself! This is the first time she has chosen to climb onto it and play with both feet. Usually she just grabs it and pulls it to her, but only one foot would be on it and one on her cage.

Shirre, the love and attention you put into making it for her are sooo muchly appreciated!!! Hope you enjoy the pics!

I think she knows Dr. L said she is "well" cause she was a HOT LITTLE TERROR today!!! She beat EVERY THING that got into her path up today!

I loved every minute of it, but it sure did keep me on my toes all day!

Allee, she's had the boing for over 3 months! She was terrified of it! We've been working on "new" things and how they won't bite your head off and it's taken her this long to decide the boing was fun.

I also LOVE the color, kind of a spiced orange...Shirre made it special for Zilla!

Shirre is a very talented toy maker. Five of my birds loved, loved, loved their custom toys. Of course, rotten Harry is the last hold out. She is nibbling the edge of one of her toys after several weeks.

Well, ya know, I was told she was a Cockatoo...LOL so maybe she could be a large Quaker! The boing has been in her cage and she has "one footed" and chewed on it, but NEVER both feet. I just decided this morning to take Mark (birdman's) picture of his zon on the boing hanging on the coat hanger and try it to see if she would use it...and wala! she climbed from her cage onto it and played all day! Every time I took her off and walked around the house she couldn't wait to get back to it!

I've seen some of Shirre's other toys and am so so tempted to buy more! I make a lot of Zilla's toys but they never turn out as good as Shirre's do!

ROFL! Poor Zilla, we shouldn't accuse her of being a quaker or a cockatoo. I love reading about Zilla. I've always wanted a Zon, it just never worked out that way. I have to live vicariously through all the forum members that have them.

My budgies think Aunt Shirre is a superstar. They love their applewood perch and their toy for tiny beaks.

The funny thing is that I knew I would get a bird again soon. My plan was to have enough saved by mid-March for a cage and bird, so I could get myself one for my Birthday present (3/20) I was leaning towards either a galah or a mac and then Zilla needed me. I had never even considered a zon! No idea why, but I hadn't.

Now I wouldn't trade her for the moon and stars! I'm so in love with her!

I really need to get some perches from Shirre! I know she has some really awesome ones and she is only a 45 min. drive from me! I would probly come back with toys too!

She is excited, she gets a trip to the bird hut this week now that she is well!

She loves to hang out on Brians shoulder and walk around talking to the other birds! I don't know how he still has his hearing after doing that with her, she is LOUD there!
