Pink fluffy chick?

Just curious if a fluffy pink newborn chick is normal as I generally get newborns looking more naked
apols for the silly question!

I wonder if it hatched a little late and therefore started to develop feathers before it hatched? I have only hatched chickens and quail and they always hatch fuzzy so to me it looks normal ( even though I know pet birds hatch naked) . Hope your baby is healthy!
