Questions about feet

Oh, okay so I just looked at older pictures of his feet and the dark area seems to be there, I just didn't see it as well before since he wasn't as comfortable with me :smile032:

Ah.. sounds like you are not as worried now. Great you are looking close at your youngin tho. That's great. I had my vet mention a soft perch for Cookie, due to his injuries. Padded one perch... he was not impressed either. I wrapped an ace bandage tightly around another... he took to that ok and surprisingly didn't try to destroy it. I do keep a watch for any fraying tho. As for hairspray...?? doubt its a real issue. Keep working.. you will make him a shoulder bird the more he gets use to you.
And just tossing this tidbit to ya. Noticed your youngin still has his legband on. Not sure about others opinions but I have had 2 birds injured because of leg bands. They can get caught in things. Just my suggestion.... next time you are at the vet ...a GOOD vet... have them remove it. Might avoid an injury or worse.
