So I have a Lovebird, needing to know if Cuttlebones are good for keeping beaks trimmed?

cuttlebone is more for them to eat for calcium than to trim the beak

a good bet is to get a concrete perch for them, that should help keep the beak and claws trimmed

I have concrete perches and my birds never use them, but their beaks have never been a problem. You should have cuttlebone in the cage as a source of calcium, even if it doesn't trim the beak.

My Lovebird has a band on his left leg, he's had this band since I got him. But he keeps biting at it, why is he doing this?
