I noticed a raw bean in my conures dish. I thought beans had to be cooked. I have three kinds of zupreems pellets that I alternative, I offer it moistened and mixed with Higgins safflower conure seed mix.
I'm confused. Cant this hurt my birds? Is it possible that its cooked and dried?

uncooked beans are not good for birds, but a lot of bird foods include it for some reason. Just make sure to pick out any of them.
