Jasper did a pretty good job shredding his balsa wood toy. He did drop a few good sized pieces that are too small for me to attach to anything for him. But I was wondering if I could give them to my GCC with some sunflower seeds stuck in them. I didn't know if it was OK to transfer something that's been in one of their mouths to the other.

It would be sensible to wash/sterilse anything that goes from one cage to another. Difficult to say if it will be OK, can you put up a pic to view?

Do Jasper and Telly share other toys and food/water sources? If so, it may be safe as there is already the transfer of biological substances.

Nevermind, my husband the clean freak tossed them. They don't share anything yet. Telly has his own play gym on my desk. It's too small for Jasper. I have another one for them both to use but haven't introduced it to them yet because Jasper is still getting used to us.
