Regurgitation

I have 2 green cheek conures, one is for me and the other is for my sister. They are bonded to each other as well as us, and sometimes my sisters conure attempts to regurgitate food for my conure. Should I let this happen or try to prevent it?

Let it happen, nothing wrong there. Normal bonding behavior.
