Ringneck lethargic

Hi,

My ringneck does not seem his usual self. Although he is eating and drinking normally.His eyes are not cloudy and there is no discharge from his Ceres. But he seems a bit dull and is sleepy a lot. Also I think I saw him shivering, so I turned off the fan. Do you think he is sick? Should I take him to the vet?

Yes take him to the vet it sounds like hes sick the vet can give you medication and advise
