Rose hips

I have lots of very large rose hips on my rosebushes. Wonder if anyone has ever fed them? I know they have lots of vit c, which can be overdone. If safe how do you prepare/serve them?

For a conure? I'd think one a day is enough, maybe a couple of times a week. I'm from the school of "too much of anything is bad" variety is best. I assume you don't use pesticides on your roses?

I don't use pesticides on anything. Didn't know if they were too acidic. I'll try giving them all one and see what happens.
