Safe or not? Thayers face toner

Safe for me to use, not to put on birds.

Thayer's facial toner. Ingredients: Purified water, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice (certified organic), vegetable glycerin, natural rose fragrance, certified organic witch hazel extract, rose flower water, citric acid, GSE

Mostly the scent I'm worrying about. I love it, of course, but if it's going to cause problems with sensitive respiratory systems . . .*sigh* it'll have to go.

I think it should be Ok as it evaporates in a short space of time, unless of course Duke is with/on you when you apply it?
