This is Chico. We rescued him about 6 years and 2 months ago. He was in his previous home after being rescued. We rescued him cause his young hooman died unexpectedly.

In the 6 years we have had him, he has never gotten super friendly or loving, outside of just neck rubs.

Lately may nearly a year we have been attack while he is on play stand. Only from play stand to kitchen. (About 3-4 feetMAX).

These attacks are fierce and he don’t not let go. The bites always draw blood. After attack he ends up on floor with wings out a little. Sometimes even runs to get feet.

Only happens when I play stand.
Happens with ot without wings clipped.

He is one of flock of 6.
We generally only have bird at a time out. We have a relatively small home. He has never attacked a feathered member of the flock.

When he is in large is makes happy sounds, talks, bird sounds and flock sounds.

He is popping and eating well.

Other than these aggressive attacks he is status quo.

Any ideas 💡?

Yikes! He sounds pretty ungrateful for being rescued. 😉
