Thanks again for the input.
I started only letting him on my shoulder after we have had a training session, as a reward for good behavior. This has worked out well.
We began our morning with target training and some simple behaviors. After about an hour, we started working on flying to my finger (Instead of arm or shoulder or face for that matter....LOL)
He did great doing as I asked and was actually quite tired after a few flights. I let him on my shoulder to snuggle and he supervised me folding laundry and doing the dishes. I had no problem getting him off my shoulder when I was ready to put him up for a little while.
