First I want to say thank you all for your advice and guidance. It has definitely made this new adventure easier, and smoother for sure!
Now onto the little guy...I’m so sorry I can get a picture because he’s now afraid of the camera noise. My bad, I forgot to put my phone on silent. Oops...so when he sees our cell phones now he freaks out. I’ll give him a while to relax before I try to take anymore pics. Boy does he look silly. He has pin feathers everywhere under feathers that he didn’t lose. You can only see them when he’s preening, but then he also has them on his cheeks and a ring of them here are there around his head and neck that pretty visible. He looks like he’s part bird part hedgehog! Lol.
