Sleeping

Hi, I have a pineapple conure, at the moment I put his cage in my bedroom for him to sleep as I live in a one bed flat. However, my neighbour upstairs gets up for work very early morning (4am)
I do feel this disturbs my parrot because I am woken up at times.
My main question is, would it be ok for my parrot to sleep in my washroom, there is only a bath and a sink in there as the toilet is in a separate room.?

Its fine to leave in your room.
My burds sleep in my great room .
Its not perfectly quiet outside in the wild either.
