So i have a problem with Amazon parrot diet (in my country Pillets are unavailable) so i give them ramdom food(i follow a schedule for each day, a different type of food like one day vegetables next day fruits .......One day for eggs, one day for soaked eggs, etc.) but i feel this is not good especially for a breeding couple so do u have any recipe i can prepare To be more organized in the quantities and quality of food and also how often To be more organized in the quantities and quality of food and also how often it is served To be more organized in the quantities and quality of food and also how often the food is served To be more organized in the quantities and quality of food, and also how often and when to serve them food.

I checked Amazon and they don't have the Amazon specific book, but they do have some other parrot books by Tony Silva. A Google search found a few available from various sources but they're very expensive, $100 and up.

Friend, please review the sub forum here on nutrition, and check out recipes for "chop", which is a healthy mix of veggies mostly. Blended together. Substitute things that are not available in your country. Many think 'chop' is a better diet then pellets and being more consistent for the parrot. I feed both, and my parrot eats only a small amount of pellets, he mostly loves his veggie chop.

Yeah and shipping out America is mooore expensive like 160$
