Baby cockatiel
Hi. New here. Joined for advice and camaraderie. Adopting a special needs baby cockatiel in about 10 days. Born without a lower beak. Hand fed by breeder and is thriving. Feathers coming in and he/she is very alert and happy.

Anyone have any experience with this?

Thank you.

I'm no 'tiel expert, or breeding expert for that matter, BUT...

Thank you. Unfortunately my new landlord will not allow me to have a pet. SHE owns 4 dogs, and is cool with my roommates two cats. I figured a small parrot would be a shoo-in. Nope. So thank you for your kind words. I feel God-awful.
