hi guys how much natural sunlight do your birds get? we dont get much actual sulight its pretty dull most days, archie gets out the front on my shoulder but as vincent hasnt got a harness yet were unable to take him outside. Will this be having any effect on them? and would it be a good idea to put a uv light in their room like a reptile would use? come late spring/summer wel be able to get them both outside more

Due to our cold winters here, my birds do get actual full sunlight year round. However, my birds all have full spectrum lighting over their cages which gives them the same benefits.

I too use full spec. lighting.

I also recommend full spectrum lighting. Chia seems to love it and it gives her the rays she needs.
