no luck--- I see no images.

Try adding .jpg to the end of the link that you copy-and-pasted?

I have t had luck with ingur for several months on this forum myself.

I used it for awhile, and all was fine - then they changed something in their platform. I figured that the links wouldn’t work on here but hadn’t had time to test it out. The only reason I had Imgur was for posting pictures here, so I wanted to be sure that it wasn’t working before deleting my Imgur account :).

I use different ways to upload pics but this always is copy and paste (exception when I use tapatalk). Each way works longer or shorter. For example few ways which I've used (everything copy and paste as I had mentioned)
- creating here an attachment and editing the post by pasting the copied photo - only few days
- adding from forum album - forever (I think, my pics have never desapeared)
- from Facebook - few months

I use Imgur for almost all my picture posts.

The easiest way to get images to show up is, by signing into your account. Click on the drop down so you can go to your images screen. Click on the image you want to post and on the right side it will ask if you want to 'view and edit post' button with several links below it. I use the 'direct link' and copy it.

Back in parrot forums (here), when you post you'll see a yellow box with a mountain in it with the text formats right above the area you are typing in. If you click that little mountain box and paste in the link, it shows up.

Interesting - I don’t get options for the variety of links anymore (I used to). I’m working from an iPad, so they may have changed something specific to iPad. I used to log in through my browser because the app didn’t offer the links. Now it forces me to the app, even if I type my log in info into my browser. I only get “edit post” and only one kind of link, which results in the little box in my test posts. As much as I love technology....some days I really hate technology!

I use a desktop so I'm not sure if this would work, but I click on the picture in my Imgur gallery that I want to post, then right click to open the image in a new window. I then copy the link in the address bar, and use that.

Darn - still getting a blank box....

Maybe it is because you are on your iPad, I'm not sure:(
I was able to copy/paste the link that wasn't showing up in your post in a new window then right clicked and opened it in a new window which gave the JPG extension. But I am still on my desktop, I think Stephen uses an iPad, will bring this up in the Mod forum.

Yeah I’ve found over the years this forum is NOT very friendly to uploading photos when on a mobile device.

And I haven’t booted up my desktop in a few years :D

I've only used Imgur from my desktop & laptop. I haven't had any issues.

I agree with you Chris. When I upload from my cell it always loads horizontal/landscape even if the image was taken portrait/vertical.
